As a full time student earning my degree I was as a student worker for 20-39 hours a week at the Universities Division of Technology Department in multiple roles as Network Support Technician and Computer Lab Assistant.

Responsibilities included edge network configuration, security, and quality of service for switches in residence buildings (3,500 students) and departments that supported non-academic facets of campus. Investigated and resolved network connectivity and performance issues. Ensured connectivity to all networked devices and supported desktop and server networks.

ROCHESTER PUBLIC UTILITIES - ROCHESTER
After earning my degree I have been enrolled in GIS classes and working at Rochester Public Utilities(RPU), the largest municipal utility in the state of Minnesota. RPU serves 48,000 electric customers and 36,000 water customers my primary roles were of Information Services but have also gained experience with electric meter reading and programming.
