Welcome to my GIS portfolio.  This portfolio displays some of my mapping projects completed during Map Design class taken at University of Wisconsin - River Falls.  The course work covered concepts and techniques related to map design exploring techniques in both reference and thematic mapping through readings and map exercises.  Map data was entered, layered and constructed in ArcMap and further refinement and finishing was applied in Adobe Illustrator.
